I am a certified introductory Iyengar Yoga teacher and have been teaching beginners and general classes for 4 years. My personal Iyengar Yoga practice totals 15 years and in that time I have been fortunate enough to have been guided, taught and accessed by senior level Iyengar teachers, many of whom I now practice with weekly. I have also spent time in India over several short and longer term trips. These experiences have enhanced my entire Yoga understanding further.
I value the stillness of mind experienced through opening, extending and aligning my body and breath whilst I practice Yoga. Yoga gives me a general sense of well being along with physical and psychological benefits also
Day to day, I am mum to a toddler and live with my husband, dog and cat in Worthing. I have a full time job so naturally I fit my yoga practice and classes around my home life commitments.
It is a pleasure to be able to pass on what I have learnt on my yoga journey so far and I hope to see you in a class soon
