I have been attending Bev’s Yoga classes for about 4 years in person and online.


Bev is a great teacher and the classes have a warm and friendly atmosphere with practice tailored to your ability.


Yoga practice has helped me with my strength and flexibility and I feel revived after a class.

I would highly recommend going to Bev’s classes.


I have attended online yoga classes with Bev for some months now and absolutely love yoga in the park.


Bev’s teaching is energising, yet totally calming. She is an intuitive teacher and adapts poses to any level as necessary, so everyone builds their practice at their own pace.


Her passion for yoga is an inspiration and I would highly recommend her


Yoga with Bev has helped me to regain a strength and balance to my body and mind. I have been practicing for two years now .. and I feel ten years younger! 

Bev’s absolute love of yoga shows through. She teaches in such a thoughtful, intelligent and heartfelt way and she intuitively knows how to adapt and personalise the practice for each individual in the class.

Bev has taught me how to use my breathing to energise or relax according to my needs. Who knew how powerful breathing can be!! 


I now have increased flexibility, balance, breathing capacity and stamina.
